How might Primary School and Teacher Leaders cultivate curiosity and collaboration for overcoming barriers to integrating creativity?

This month we invite Primary phase school and teacher leaders to join us as we engage in a process of collaborative problem solving using a dynamic Action Learning* approach.

Creative leaders from Primary Schools across the UK will begin the session by sharing their own creative leadership challenges.

Then, we’ll work together, to uncover the frustrations and complexities of introducing and embedding creativity in your primary school. We’ll engage as curious friends in group discussions, and work towards actionable solutions, within a supportive and encouraging environment. Expect some deep reflection, insightful conversations and fresh perspectives as we put our creativity into practise!

*Action Learning is a structured approach to problem-solving and professional development that involves a small group of individuals working collaboratively to tackle real-life challenges. Participants reflect on their actions and outcomes, learning from each other’s perspectives and experiences. This process enables continuous improvement and equips participants with practical solutions to apply in their roles.

Join us to collaborate, learn from each other, and ignite creative solutions for the future of education.
