Igniting Creative Thinking Through Action Learning in Secondary Schools

How can we overcome the barriers to embedding creativity in our schools? In September’s meet-up we invite secondary school and teacher leaders to take part in an inspiring and practical session designed to explore that very question, through a powerful Action Learning approach.

Join creative secondary leaders from across the UK as they share real and current leadership challenges related to nurturing creativity in their contexts. Together, we’ll engage as curious friends, reflecting and learning from each whilst unlocking innovative solutions to these challenges. Connect with like-minded leaders and experience first-hand how Action Learning can support creative and strategic thinking.

Expect some deep reflection, insightful conversations and fresh perspectives as we put our creativity into practise!

As always, this session is part of a monthly series of gatherings, designed to build a supportive and action-focussed community of visionary educators who are Leading for Creative Thinking.

*Action Learning is a structured approach to problem-solving and professional development that involves a small group of individuals working collaboratively to tackle real-life challenges. Participants reflect on their actions and outcomes, learning from each other’s perspectives and experiences. This process enables continuous improvement and equips participants with practical solutions to apply in their roles.
